This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work at EXRIMA.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, except where the item is defective or damaged. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@exrima.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send your item back before receiving return confirmation from us. Items returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us first. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund without requiring you to pay return shipping, depending on the circumstances.
Delayed or Undelivered Orders
Our estimated international delivery time is 15–30 business days. If your order has not arrived within this period, please contact us at info@exrima.com before requesting a refund. We will first investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier, including checking tracking information and confirming delivery attempts, before making a refund decision.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, or complete a shipment investigation where applicable, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@exrima.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
